Arts organization makes leadership changes

Broadway Grand Rapids has taken strategic steps to align its internal structure with its expanding scope of work. Effective July 1, 2025, Jennifer Pascua has been promoted from Director of Marketing to Vice President of Marketing & Community Engagement, and Chad Kirkpatrick has been promoted from Business Manager to Vice President of Operations.
“These promotions are about more than titles—they represent a deliberate effort to formalize leadership within our organization, deepen our strategic expertise, and build the capacity needed to support our expanding programming and community initiatives,” said Meghan Distel, President & CEO, Broadway Grand Rapids.
In her expanded role as Vice President of Marketing & Community Engagement, Pascua will lead the strategy and execution of marketing, audience development, public relations, and community engagement efforts.
As Vice President of Operations, Kirkpatrick will oversee financial operations, human resources, donor relations, and administrative infrastructure.
Additionally, McKenzie Szalai is being promoted from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Specialist.
